We offer secure text messaging as a means of communication for ACTIVE clients to communicate with your therapist. By opting in to text messaging, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes
Messages are intended for scheduling, administrative inquiries, and limited therapeutic support.
Secure messaging is conducted via [HIPAA-compliant platform] to protect your privacy.
Emergency or crisis situations should not be handled through text messaging. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Opting Out of Text Messaging

You may opt out of secure text messaging at any time by notifying your therapist in writing or replying with "STOP" to any message.
Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from your therapist except for essential administrative notices (e.g., appointment confirmations).
