Private Pay
You may pay fees as an out-of-pocket fee.
if you are concerned about privacy ; your session details being shared with your insurance company, private pay is the way to go..
Fees
Fees for individual counseling are:
$150 Initial/Intake Session - 50-60 minutes
$125 Individual Session - 50-60 minutes

Session Frequency
We will start out meeting one time per week until you feel like you have make progress and are ready to 'go longer' in between psychotherapy session. At that time, we will meet every two weeks. Then we move to monthly session for 1-2 sessions to prepare you for 'doing it on your own.'
